Talk about "soft skills..."

While I am happy in my job and am not looking for another one at present, I do search the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin for some under- or unemployed friends. Today I found a strange job posting that seeks attorneys with...

"...a demonstrated belief in the importance of helping clients make a significant difference in their lives."

There are no other qualifications listed, not even number of years of practice. If they hadn't actually used the word "associate" in the post, I would think that the language would equally apply to providing the firm's clients with yoga classes?
