Is it just me, or is it immensely satisfying to see that the supposed moral monopoly held by the GOP is crumbling away from all these scandals lately?
Foley is a prime example, and there is a very illustrative video on the internet showing exactly how much of a hypocrite he is. (Basically, tells John Walsh of America's Most Wanted that he's fighting for laws against sexual predators, a.k.a. "sickos.")
And now it looks like the GOP almost certainly knew about this problem as long as two years ago, but did nothing. Cared more about covering their own butts instead of protecting teenagers from sexually predatory congressmen.
And they have the right to tell gay people they can't marry? Umm...sorry, but they don't have the right to moralize about anything anymore.

No they are not perfect - far from it. But, Democrats, don't forget about Good O' Boy Bill "Cigar" Clinton.
Yeah, but the Democrats never claim to have a monopoly on the morals of the nation, whereas the Republicans do all the time.
