WTTW & starting my biggest yarn bomb yet

August has been a busy month for my yarn activities!

First, in early August, I was contacted by Angel Idowu from WTTW (Chicago's PBS station for those of you who don't live in the area) for an interview about my yarn art! We had a lovely interview, assisted by Lawrence the camera man.

I installed a bike rack sleeve on the program and we took a selfie after!

WTTW is pretty much the best, and the interview was so thoughtful and detailed - very different than the evening news sort of interviews I've had previously.

I also started my next big project in late July and early August, the big yarn circles to yarn bomb the entrance of GenCon 2021 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.

With the start of the yarn circles

They will slowly take over my apartment, I can tell! Will post photos when it's done.
