Pink bolero

I have a lot of time on my hands these days. I also have a ton of yarn and patterns, as well as a ton of people to make pretty things for. Thus, this fall I've been working on a cute pink bolero for my friend Stacy's little girl, Lexi. Today I finally finished it!


This is a pattern from Crochet for Babies, a cute book that I purchased because it has all kinds of projects for babies and kids, from blankets to booties to sweaters to purses.

I didn't get a very good picture of Lexi wearing the sweater, because she is a very active little girl, but here's the general idea:


It fit really well, but I did add a couple of inches to the sleeve to make sure it was nice and big. What a cutie!
