All roads lead to Woodfield

Today, Dave and I went out shopping for some necessary items, and although we did everything to avoid it, we couldn't help it...

We went to Woodfield Mall. On a Saturday. UGH!

As we were shoving our way around the crowd, I said to Dave: "You know, I think two thirds of the human race could just disappear, and I wouldn't notice."

Then we started talking about children, because of course those were the noisiest and most annoying people at Woodfield. Dave and I differ about what percentage of children we think are cute.

I think that around 10 percent of children are cute. Then, around 40 percent are neither cute nor horrible...they're just kind of there. After that, the remaining 50 percent pretty much make me want to scream, leave the room, or vomit.

Dave is slightly kinder, with the ratio being closer to 30/40/30.

At any rate, our day out is over, and now it's time to get some work done. No more Woodfield for a while.
