OK I realize that three posts in one day is a lot, considering I didn't think I'd be able to post again for a week. However, one more thing has happened today of note.
First, Mike came over for dinner, and it was a jolly old time. I made spaghetti carbonara and we ate lots of chocolate, haha.
We also watched "The Wizard of Oz" - our new digitally remastered edition - and enjoyed the nice, sharp color. In fact, the remastered version makes a few things more obvious.
For instance, that scene that everyone thinks is a midget hanging in the background? It's actually a bird.
That's right, a giant, great bird. We noticed birds hanging around the Tin Man's shack, and then when they started walking away toward the Emerald City, another bird started flapping its wings. You can clearly see it in the remastered version.
However, the boys didn't believe me until I looked it up on Snopes. They both want to hang onto their suicidal midget theory, for whatever reason, haha.

Lol, I remember in sixth grade, all of my friends and I were so convinced that rumor was real. We re-wound that part over and over.
BTW, you should totally see Wicked if you ever get the chance. Or read the book, which is supposed to be even better than the play; I'm starting it now.
