Edgewater pier

We had dinner with a friend tonight and got to walk on the Edgewater beach and pier, which was actually a pretty secluded little section of the lakefront at that hour.

The water at that point was actually pretty clear, and you could even see rocks on the lake bed. Maybe the lake and river are getting less polluted after all...

It was a nice relaxing evening; I couldn't ask for more than delicious margaritas, pulled pork & pineapple tacos, and a walk on the beach!
