Bunny's got a new vest
This weekend we took our increasingly rambunctious rabbits outside for a walk in the hopes of working some energy out of them. Dave says the above picture looks like they could be sitting atop Watership Down itself, except for the leashes, of course.
As you can see, the little hill in our condo complex offers a wide area for them to hop, scamper, and jump. Not surprisingly, all Zelda wanted to do was sit in the grass.
We got a new leash, and Zelda had to wear it because the little man is far too fat. I think she likes it, though, because it simulates the feeling that hands are holding her, like I frequently do when we are at home.
They are very curious whenever we take them outside, and they enjoy eating grass and weeds. However, they remain a bit nervous because they can hear Route 53 traffic from this hill, so I think next time we will take them somewhere quieter to romp.

Of course Zelda has to wear the vest, IT'S PINK!!!! I guess I'll have to start sewing outfits for my grandbunnies!! Signed, proud Grandma Sherman
Well, it's really red, the picture is from Dave's phone so it doesn't have the best color.
Ohh man, if you sewed outfits for the bunnies that would be so cute. (But they would hate me forever, because they hate wearing stuff. Zelda got extremely depressed the time I tried to make her wear a witch hat.)
