Little Miss Socialite

Tonight I got to have dinner with an old coworker, Tony, and his wife Betty. It's always good to see Tony (whose name I always want to pronounce "Tonaaaay..."), and after hearing so much about Betty, it was good to finally meet her! Dave and I officially have another couple go to out with, haha.

Then, on the train, I happened to sit in the same car as my friend from school, Chris, who was taking the same train (the 8:30 p.m.). We got to catch up on Civ Pro and legal career aspirations on the ride home.

Since I met with Andy last week and Tony this week, Chris was kidding me that I'm quite the little socialite. I think it's definitely true that being downtown gives you access to many people you didn't get to see as often as before, and I've definitely enjoyed taking advantage of that.

And I need the study breaks...hanging out with non-law-students makes me feel sane and normal again, haha. Although commiserating with students is also pretty fun, too. :o)

Glad to hear you can insert a social life with your busy college load. Yes, everyone needs a break now and then.
